As you know it's usually impossible to stop within kilometres of the bridge and walking over it is a very dangerous occupation given the narrowness and heavy lorries using it. When I see a collection of photos like this from NZ I often get the feeling that some look strangely familiar - while others just look strangely strange! Meaning than sometimes it reminds me a little bit of certain parts of Sweden, or Britain, while other views look entirely different.
