I'm Becoming Paranoid

Blogger is after me.  I'm sure.  SP from Secretly Skint keeps telling me that A Hebridean in New Zealand  has disappeared from her blog reading list.  She mends it and then I disappear again.  Likewise I've had problems with her blog disappearing.  There may be others but no one has mentioned it.  As I refreshed the blog a few minutes ago to check the last post I've just put up I noticed that the unusual pig photo representing SP wasn't there.  I might not notice less distinctive pictures.  In fact all my followers have been randomly shaken up and I'm not sure who is and who isn't there but as the number has just decreased by one I am assuming that it is just SP who has disappeared.  It's not me SP honestly it isn't!

  1. It's not just you. The followers stuff is slowly failing. There are lots of questions about it on the blogger forum. It seems as if the data is all there but somewhere between blogger and your screen random items get lost. Refresh the page and sometimes everything appears and sometimes other things randomly disappear.

Hopefully it will get fixed soon, but given how long it's been broken I'm not holding my breath!

  2. I can still see SP among your followers. Not sure if that is of any comfort to either of you if you can't see each other though!

  3. Crazy, this cyber world that we live in - how people disappear at random. There's always a glitch somewhere or another.

  4. Keeps happening to me, too; not with your blog, but with someone else's. And apparently, one of my regular readers has not seen some of my recent updates because I have disappeared from their reading list, too.

  5. Right, I'm on yours and you're on mine , BUT your posts don't appear in my blog reader, which is annoying because they form part of my morning cup of tea and catch up!

So, I've signed out and signed back in again to see if that makes a difference.

  6. Hey, guess what? I've put you back in my list manually so I'll monitor that over the next few days.

My cup of Earl Grey is not the same if I can't swoop over to see what you're up to.

PS Hope SS is feeling better.

  7. Thanks Mark for that information. The trouble with feeling paranoid is that sometimes people really are out to get you! I'm glad everyone else seems to be able to see me and guess what: after a morning of not being able to see SP, SP has suddenly returned and my Followers have unrandomised (sorry just made it up) themselves. Glad you are back SP. What I'd do without my blog ffriends I'm not quite sure.
